It would seem that the yard around the building could be maintained better. The halls need upgrades. The woman at the front desk was very polite and efficient. The rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast was very good. Allot of variety.
Savannah was very helpful at check-in even though we arrived after midnight. Excellent breakfast. We just stopped to sleep overnight but wish we could have stayed longer.
The people were very friendly and housekeeping was on point will definitely stay again
The whole family enjoyed our stay to this hotel. Remodeled so it looks brand new inside. The staff are very friendly. The guy who checked us in was super helpful and went extra mile to help us when we needed help last night. Kudos to him! The hot breakfast was fantastic!
This hotel needs to be recognized for its cleanliness! It takes a lot to blow me away, and lets just say I was blown away to the next state! Your cleaning staff needs a raise! Im pretty sure yall shampoo your carpets as well. Great move! This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed at EVER besides ya know your 4 and 5 star hotels. Only downer to our stay, was the pool is under construction so we weren't aware of this as it wasn't mentioned on the site. But, the cleanliness made up for it! Lol The customer service was top notch as well. We will definitely be staying here again when we pass through. We will be here again next month when we meet my in laws here to pick up our kids from their summer break vacation with their grandparents. Thank you for your hard work and efforts. It shows, and its VERY VERY appreciated. You dont want to deal with a dirty room or rude people when you have had a long stressful day on the road. Stayed one night while passing through Liberal and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Being that the hotel is pet friendly, only charging $10 for pets makes this place extra amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
The only bad thing is we didn’t have shampoo . Other than that the stay was great!
